CACSADVOCATES provides you that it takes every reasonable effort to provide you the requested services within the specified time and as per the specification provided by you.

We would like to provide you that in the event CACSADVOCATES is unable to provide you service due to any reason whatsoever except due to any uncontrollable event which may include but not limited to the natural calamities, strikes, lockdown, etc., then you shall be entitled for a refund as per the terms provided herein. You can raise your request for the cancellation of the services by writing a mail to (Provide email address) with your registered email-address. Cancellation of the services and refund for the same is and will be at the sole discretion of the CACSADVOCATES and legal professional who have agreed to render his/her professional services to you. Refund Process could take minimum (No. of business days) to get processed and credited to your original mode of payment.

You hereby agree that in case you choose the expedite services, you shall not be entitled for any refund for any reason whatsoever, until and unless CACSADVOCATES is at fault.

You hereby agree that you can raise the request for refund only within 24 hours from the payment of the Services and such refund shall be subject to the deducting of the processing charges, which is provided below
