Service Provider provides an online platform to the Associates and the one who wants to avail the services of such Associates. Both the parties will be able to form a relationship between them, however Service Provider do not warrant about the surety of the relationship. Service Provider holds no control over the information and the documents provided by the end User as it is not an agent of the End User. Service Provider shall be using and communicating the information to you on “AS IS” and “AS PROVIDED” basis without any further alteration or modification in the same.

Service Provider do not warrant about any information or document submitted by the End User in order to avail the Services.

Service Provider hereby provide that the communication between you and the Service Provider will not create a relationship of partnership, employer-employee or agency, in any manner whatsoever.

Caadvocatecs.com is providing an online medium to both the associates and the end user and do not solicit or advertise any particular associate to the End User. End User shall be solely responsible for his/her reliance on any particular associate as the Service Provider do not promote or solicits any particular associate for any kind of Service. However, Service Provider may assign some of the Associates on the top of the list subject to the payment of premium membership fees, if any.

Service Provider hereby provide you that you will not receive any personal information or contact details of the end user except for the facts of the case until and unless you accept and the case and the end user agreed to such matter further.

Service Provider doesn’t provide any kind of legal advice to any of its user. Information provided on the website may not be updated, accurate, correct and fit for the purpose you are looking for. You hereby agree that you shall be solely responsible for your reliance on such provided information and Service Provider holds no liability for the accuracy for such information.

You are hereby requested to consult your reliable source prior to any reliance on provided information. You are hereby requested to get the conflicts check immediately after you receive the details of the end user. You are further requested to immediately inform the end user in case any conflict found.

You hereby agree that you have the limited, non –exclusive and non-transferable right to avail the Services of Service Provider. You hereby further agree that you have no right to amend, modify, exploit, copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, alter any of the form in any manner except for the purpose you are authorized to do so.

You hereby agree not to reproduce, amend, exploit any of the information or document received and use it for any personal use or for any other purpose specially agreed for.

Company reserves the right to terminate your account without any prior information in the event Company finds you involved in any of the malpractices. Company reserves the right institute appropriate legal proceedings against you for the volition of the terms and conditions

You hereby agree that you are well aware of the fact that the information that will be provided or already there on website should not be treated as a legal advice.

You are hereby requested to make your own investigation and evaluation prior to your reliance on such End User and rendering your professional services to them;

You hereby agree that you hold valid license and registration whichever required to render the professional services through the portal of CaAdvocateCs to the end user. In case, it is found by the CaAdvocateCs that you don not hold a valid licence or registration, your account will be immediately terminated without any refund of the membership fee. We also reserve the right to seek all the legal remedies for such breach of trust of us and the end user;

Caadvocatecs.com hereby provide you that in the event you find that the information submitted by the end user is false or vexatious in any manner, you have to immediately inform the Service Provider along with the reason for such. In the event you choose not to inform the Service Provider, it will be deemed that you have agreed to render your services on the basis of such documents and the Service Provider shall not hold any liability for the damages caused to you for your reliance on such information

You hereby agree that you may be allowed to post review, comments and other content. You further agree that Caadvocatescs.com holds no responsibility to verify the posted review, comments or any information. Any content which Caadvocatescs.com finds offensive will be deleted immediately as soon as Caadvocatescs.com get the notification of the same.

You hereby agree that Caadvocatescs.com is and will not be responsible for any loss of data due to any uncontrollable and unforeseen event which may include such as network or system outages, backup failure, file corruption or any other reason. You are hereby requested to main the confidentiality of the information received from the End User. You are further requested to use the such information only for the purpose agreed for, violation of the confidentiality of the information will lead to immediate termination of your account along with the applicable pen

You may have to submit your information to any Third Party and such submission of information will at your own risk and Caadvocatescs.com do not warrant about the protection of the information from any of the Third Party to which you have submitted the information. You are hereby requested not to submit your sensitive personal information to any Third Party and if submitted you shall be solely responsible for all the damages caused to you due to breach of such information. Caadvocatescs.com do not warrant for the protection of the information from any of Third Party whether associated with it or not in any manner whatsoever.

You hereby agree that Registration of your account shall be subject to the payment of monthly membership fees. In case of failure to pay the membership fee, your account will be terminated with immediate effect from the due date. Membership Fees is specifically provided in the Annexure-A

This Agreement and Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Caadvocatescs.com in respect that are provided and that have to be provided. If any of the terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, unjust or unenforceable, the said term shall be deemed to be severable and will have no effect on the validity and enforceability of other terms and conditions provided herein.

Caadvocatescs.com may change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior information. You hereby agree to get yourself acquainted with the updated terms and conditions. However, in case of change in the membership fees, you will be provided a mail from our side indicating the date from which such membership fee will be applicable to you.

You hereby agree that Caadvocatescs.com is and will not be responsible and liable for any damage caused to you by rendering of your professional services to any of the End User.

You hereby agree that Caadvocatescs.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the services or any kind in any manner whatsoever. You further agree that Caadvocatescs.com shall not be liable for any damages which may arise from any interruption, suspension or termination of the services which may include but not limited to direct, special, incidental or any consequential damages whether such interruption or termination is justified, intention or negligent. In no matter, the liability of the CaAdvocateCs.com shall be more than the invoice raised for such particular service, to which dispute refers to.

Any dispute in regard to the Services to be solved amicably with the mutual consent of both the parties. In the event of failure to solve the dispute amicably the same shall be construed in accordance to the laws prevailing in India and the Courts of Gurgaon shall have the sole jurisdiction for the same.

This Agreement supersedes all the understandings and the terms and conditions provided herein shall prevail over any of the communications in whatsoever manner.

All notices and other communications provided for or permitted hereunder shall be made to the Company in writing at the registered office of CAADVCS LLP or by email through your registered email address.

Associate:-

• Lawyers who want to get themselves registered with the CaAdvocateCs.com are required to pay monthly membership fees of 1000 Rs. in order to avail the services of CaAdvocateCs.com;

• You will receive the invoice on your registered email address on or before the 1st of the month and you are required to pay the amount due on or before the 5th of the month;

• You hereby agree that your access and use of the services is subject to the payment of membership fees on or before the due date;

• We hereby provide that in case you haven’t received any work for an amount exceeding the membership fees paid by you, the same shall be refunded by us to you within 7 days from the expiry of your membership period of that month;
